These guys know their conservatories. I had lots of different advice and quotes all for thousands of dollars to fix the leak/ replace the ceiling in my conservatory glass roof. Don’t spend any money until Andrew has seen your conservatory. He knows them inside out and fixed my leak in less than an hour for $200. He instantly knew how to remove the aluminium struts that everyone else was too scared to touch and could then seal the leak at its source. I am delighted with his work. - HELEN

We wanted to replace some window stays and handles for a large bathroom window. After trying repeatedly to do the job ourselves and being mucked around by other tradies, Window Doctor came and did the job quickly and professionally. They even came on a Sunday to fit us in as they had a bit of a waitlist of jobs. I highly recommend them. I had been looking around for a long time trying to find a company that did the types of repairs and replacements i needed done. I was given Andrew’s number by an Aluminium Window company in Penrose. I made contact with The Window Doctor. The windows in our house were in dire need of repair. Some needed realigning, resealing and putting on new stays and security stays, and seven of the other windows needed to have the louvre windows removed and replaced with aluminium opening windows. I had The Window Doctor come out to do an assessment, measure and quote. They were very professional, friendly and efficient. On the days they came in to do the work, they were on time and completed the work at a high standard. I am so happy with my windows. They look absolutely amazing. Excellent! If I were to summarise the quality of work I experienced with Andrew and his crew, I would use words including excellent, professional, knowledgeable, expert in their field, and highly recommended. We had a complete wreck in the house we moved into.

Our indoor room doors were shaking from the drafts. It looks like very little to no work was done on the 60+ windows over the lifetime of the house – late 80’s. We were worried we had to replace everything. Andrew and the crew fixed it all up within a day and they highlighted and explained how things should be done (and how not to do them) throughout. I cannot be any more happier with the results. We feel secure with the new locks. We cannot feel any draft even with the tail end of cyclones Tatiana and Winston. The house feels warmer and quieter. The patio door you can open and shut with your pinkie finger. I could NOT believe that until I tried it myself. From a rusted mess that had to be lifted up to be opened/removed, to a smooth silent slide. I will definitely ask for their business again should the need arise, and recommend them to anyone who need to fix or repair their windows, locks and more.
